What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that from the day you receive your product, you have 14 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it: unopened, unused, with intact seals, and in its original packaging. Please always contact us first at contact@hellomybeauty.se before returning an item.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se and provide your order number as well as the reason for the return. Once your return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. After we have received and inspected the returned goods, the amount will be refunded via the payment method used at checkout. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

The processing time for returns is usually 5 business days from the date the goods are received. After processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns from Germany

Returns from Germany are not covered by us and must be sent at your own expense. Please send your return package to the following address:

Please make sure to include your order number in the package and inform us by email or via the contact form before sending the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sale items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items purchased on sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the current item and then place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the payment method used for the purchase.
