Delivery to Germany

Are the products shipped from Sweden?

Yes, all products are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden, to Germany.

What shipping options do you offer for Germany?

We offer two shipping options to Germany: standard shipping and free shipping.

How much does standard shipping to Germany cost and how long does it take?

For orders under €89.00, standard shipping costs €13.00. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

How much does free shipping to Germany cost and how long does it take?

Orders over €89.00 are shipped free of charge to Germany. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email or SMS. You can use this code to track your package online. All packages shipped to Germany are trackable.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed or problems occur?

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of delivery problems, please contact the shipping company directly.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. The returned item must be in the same condition as when received: unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item at contact@hellomybeauty.se.

Initiating a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation and further instructions. After we have received, inspected, and approved the returned item, we will issue a refund. Processing takes approximately 5 business days from receipt of the return. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns from Germany: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs from Germany. Please send returns to the following address: HelloMyBeauty AB, Vikdalsgränd 10 A, 131 51 Nacka, Sweden. Please include your order number and notify us in advance by email or via the contact form about the return.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can discounted items be returned?

Unfortunately, discounted items are excluded from exchanges and returns.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original item and place a new order once the refund has been approved.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after more than 15 business days, please contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se.
